
She is also a foremost trade unionist who has been fighting for the rights of workers for over three decades now. She possesses excellent leadership and managerial skills for developing women and equipping poor entrepreneurs with business developing skills. As a leader, she has used her office to better the lot of others and to instill a positive sense of self- belief, especially among women. Through her leadership, Aglow has been able to establish a training centre,the Aglow Women Training Centre and Computer Training Centre to train underprivileged women and teenage girls. She and her group have thus far, successfully empowered a huge number of women by offering them micro-credit facilities to grow their businesses. Dr. Danso currently serves on the board of Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Company.

Joined Aglow International Kumasi Fellowship in 1989 and became the publicity chairperson from 1990-1992.
Retired Senior Servant in 2012 and the administrator of Fening School from 2015 to present date. And also a member of the Food Committee.
Nominated President of Kumasi Fellowship in 1992-1995. Appointed as National Secretary in March,1995 to present date. From 2000 became the National Secretary aim National Treasurer.

Hon. Mrs. Gifty Affenyi Dadzie Esq is a servant leader in the media, religious and financial business world with a strong will and capacity to undertake public service.
As a result of her outstanding contribution to public life, the State of Ghana in 2006 awarded her with the ORDER OF THE VOLTA (Companion Division).
She was made a member of the Council of State in 2004 making history as the youngest member ever. She also served, until recently, as a trustee of the COVID-19 National Trust Fund. She is currently a member of the Governing Council of the National African Peer Review Mechanism, a member of the ECOWAS Council of the Wise, and the Managing Director of 1st African Group.
She is the First Female President of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA), where she served for an unprecedented tenure of 3 terms, making her the longest serving GJA President. Following her completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with the University of Law, London and the Post Call Law Course at the Ghana School of Law, she has been added to the Roll of the Lawyers.
She is the National Prayer Director of Aglow International, leading thousands of Ghanaians to pray at the Monthly Intercessory Prayer Meetings for Ghana since 1999 earning the nickname, “Adwoa Ghana.” She is married to Mr. K T. Dadzie, an Entrepreneur and Philanthropist with whom she has raised two daughters and has three grandchildren.

Rev. Mrs. Felicia Bekoe is 72yrs and hails from Salt pond in the Central Region of Ghana. She is married with 3 Children and a retired Rev. Minister at the Assemblies of God Church. She joined Tema Community 4 fellowship from 1980 - 1989. She is also the founder/President of Tema Community 5 Fellowship from 1990 to 2013. She was the Area Chairperson for Tema/Volta from 2013 to 2023. She has attained a Doctorate in Theology in the year 2018. She is currently the National Board Member in Charge of Ministries since 2023 to present.

Cecilia Arthur (Mrs.) is a professional teacher who had served for about forty years with the Ghana Education Service. She is married and blessed with three (3) children. She became head for the last ten (10) years of her professional service with the service. She came on retirement in the year 2021 and she is a proud Christian with the Methodist Church Ghana which she held several positions.
She joined Aglow in the late 90's. After two (2) years of joining Aglow, she was given the position of the prayer leader Sunyani Fellowship. After six (6) years of dedicated service, she was given the opportunity to lead the Sunyani Fellowship as the president.
Fast forward, after serving for some years, the Area Chairperson position was added. Until the end of 2023, she was serving as the Area Chairperson for the Bono Ahafo Region as well as the President of Sunyani Fellowship.
By God's grace and the consideration of the Aglow Leadership, she has been appointed as the National - Vice Affiliations effective January, 2024.
